Samples and supporting documents
Samples may be requested for relevant physical commodities. Dispatch must be agreed in writing beforehand, including quantity, safety documentation, courier or freight responsibility and collection arrangements. Unsolicited samples do not create any purchase commitment.

We do not circulate an FCO, seller identity or sensitive procedure solely because it has been submitted. Supplier information is reviewed for relevance, authority and commercial fit before it is introduced to a prospective buyer.
