NAMIBIA MINING OPPORTUNITIES

EPL and mining licence opportunity facilitation.

Kalahari Energy HPS facilitates credible introductions and preliminary commercial engagement between verified licence holders, prospective investors, technical partners and buyers interested in mineral exploration and mining opportunities in Namibia.

OUR ROLE

Connecting credible opportunities with suitable partners.

Our involvement may include identifying potential opportunities, coordinating introductions, clarifying the proposed commercial structure and supporting the initial exchange of due-diligence information. We do not issue mining rights and do not guarantee the transfer, renewal or regulatory approval of any licence.

For licence holders

Present a verified EPL or mining licence opportunity to prospective investors, technical partners or qualifying buyers, subject to authority and documentation checks.

For investors and partners

Introduce your commodity focus, investment criteria, technical capability and preferred participation model for suitable opportunity matching.

Opportunity screening

Initial review may cover licence status, registered ownership, commodity focus, location, available geological information and proposed transaction structure.

Commercial facilitation

We may coordinate preliminary discussions while the parties appoint their own legal, technical, financial and regulatory advisers.

Information required from licence holders

  • Licence type, number, commodities and geographic location
  • Registered holder and evidence of authority to present the opportunity
  • Current status, validity period and evidence of regulatory good standing

Important regulatory notice

Any assignment, transfer, option, investment, joint venture or acquisition remains subject to independent due diligence, binding written agreements and all approvals required under Namibian law. Website information and preliminary introductions do not constitute legal, financial or investment advice, an offer of securities, or confirmation that a licence is valid or transferable.
